H2O F/X is proud to a part of our country's effort to bring freedom to a troubled world. With our unique, water-jet cutting service, H2O F/X has cut various types of armor for Humvee's used in Iraq, as well as bullet proof glass and other armor materials that help protect the lives of or Armed Forces personnel.
We also have been called upon to cut many different specialty materials for space and missile system projects.
H2O F/X can take you from concept to completion. We have design, engineering and CAD/CAM services to complement our water jet cutting capabilities. If you need something duplicated, or need a mating part, we can reverse engineer that part.
We are very comfortable in cutting Kevlar; Carbon fiber; Fiberglass, ceramic; steel plate, AR 500; rubber; aluminum; bulletproof glass; SST and titanium.
We are fully conversant with a wide number of MIL-SPECS such as
MIL-SPEC 1-45208A and are ASM certified. We are registered with the U. S. Department of Defense for military work.
